Laura Standridge, PE – Principal


Laura has over twenty years of experience in public and private developments including a wide range of residential, commercial, mixed-use, transportation and parks projects.  She is responsible for all phases of work including negotiation of contracts and budgets, adhering to schedule and constraints, establishing design parameters and overseeing design and production staff.  She puts the customer’s needs first while navigating jurisdictional requirements. When not running a small company; Laura enjoys outings with her family and raising Ragdoll kittens.

Craig Bissonnette - Senior Project Designer


Craig has twenty years of experience in engineering design and drafting in a variety of projects ranging from site planning to land development.  Craig’s experience includes site grading and earthwork calculations as well as utility system design. His design skills are aided by extensive AutoCAD and Civil 3D experience.  Craig has a natural talent for producing creative, clean, and efficient designs. Craig balances his work life with two children, two dogs and renovating his property.

Ingrid S. Friedberg – Land Use Planner


Ingrid has eight years of planning experience with both public and private projects, including several years in Honolulu, Hawai‘i where she earned her master’s degree in urban and regional planning. Her experience ranges from environmental permitting with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers to feasibility and permitting residential subdivisions. She really enjoys building relationships and serving her community, which is evident her volunteer work with Trauma Intervention Program (TIP) and as a Washington State Emergency Worker. She is also a cat lover and adores her two kitties, Mimi and Penny.

Cody Cumpton – Senior Project Designer


Cody has nineteen years of experience in both public and private developments with extensive experience with a wide range of utility, transportation, parks, commercial, and residential projects.  He works closely with the client, contractor and jurisdiction to guide construction to a smooth and successful finish. He is adept at producing design documentation as well as performing construction observation and final inspection duties. He enjoys motorcycle drag racing in his spare time with his wife and two husky-shepherd mix dogs.

Jessi Butcher, EIT-TX - Project Designer


Jessi recently graduated from LeTourneau University in Texas with a degree in civil engineering. As a young professional, she has experience as a site inspector and project designer. Her work involves the drafting and design of projects ranging from large subdivisions to single lots. She is involved in site design, site inspection, contractor coordination, some surveying, and more. She is adjusting to life in the PNW by hiking the many trails.

Daniel Seyller – Project Designer


Daniel has four years of experience in engineering design and drafting on a variety of projects in the Portland Metro area. Daniel’s experience includes AutoCAD and Autodesk Civil 3D drafting. His education in the surveying industry makes him a valuable addition to the company.  He enjoys updating his home which recently included a gym in his garage.

Sathor (Anthony) Domingo – Survey Technician, PLS


Anthony has eleven years of experience in surveying and drafting on a variety of projects in the Portland Metro area. Anthony’s experience includes Autodesk Civil 3D drafting as well as Total Station and GPS proficiency. He is constantly improving his professional skills including becoming a PLS. He is an OIF/OEF Air Force veteran as an enlisted aviator with 99 combat missions on his record.

Tomye Fries – Office Manager


Tomye has many years of experience working with all varieties of engineers and designers including aerospace, mechanical, electrical, industrial and civil. Her current responsibilities at Standridge include “Everything that isn’t engineering.”  She loves gardening, crafting and walking her hyperactive Weimaraner mix breed with her husband.
